We’re based in Brisbane, Queensland, and all orders are shipped via Australia Post. Our team ensures fast dispatch so your party supplies arrive on time, every time!

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (Australia-Wide)

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $30 (with tracking).

• Orders under $30 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

• We dispatch twice daily on weekdays (11 AM & 2 PM), so most orders ship same-day.

Express Shipping (Australia-Wide)

• Free Express Shipping on orders over $100.

• Delivery times vary based on your postcode.

Local Pickup (Brisbane Only)

• Free pickup from our warehouse (Carseldine, 4034).

• Orders are ready within 3 hours (for orders placed before 6 PM).

• Pickup is available until 9:00 PM.

Delivery Times

• QLD, NSW, VIC: 1–4 business days.

• SA, TAS: 3–5 business days.

• WA, NT: 4–6 business days.
