Change of Mind or Incorrect Order
We get it — sometimes you change your mind. Here's how to return your items:

Post the item within 7 days once we confirm the return.

Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, bank statement, or receipt).

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resale condition.

Ensure all original packaging, cables, manuals, accessories, and other included items are returned. If anything is missing, we won't be able to offer a refund or exchange. It’s important to check that all items are present at the time of purchase to prevent any issues.

The item must not have been on sale or discounted in any manner.

Gift cards and downloadable products are not eligible for return.

We hold the discretion to decide whether a refund, exchange, or credit note is appropriate for "change of mind" returns.
