Change of Mind or Incorrect Order

We get it — sometimes you change your mind. Here's how to return your items:

  • Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Post the item within 7 days once we confirm the return.

  • Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, bank statement, or receipt).

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resale condition.

  • Ensure all original packaging, cables, manuals, accessories, and other included items are returned. If anything is missing, we won't be able to offer a refund or exchange. It’s important to check that all items are present at the time of purchase to prevent any issues.

  • The item must not have been on sale or discounted in any manner.

  • Gift cards and downloadable products are not eligible for return.

  • We hold the discretion to decide whether a refund, exchange, or credit note is appropriate for "change of mind" returns.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Faulty or Damaged Products

We carefully inspect every order, but if something arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll sort it out.

  • For an item to be considered damaged, it must not show signs of use.

  • We cover exchange postage for faulty items.
