We understand that sometimes, you might need to return something you've bought from us, and we're here to make that return process as straightforward and hassle-free as we can for you.

If your order isn't quite what you expected, or if something arrived damaged or wasn't correct, we're here to help. Just reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll take it from there!


Policy - Change of Mind or Order placed incorrectly

  1. Let us know you'd like to return an item because you've changed your mind within 14 days of making the purchase.
  2. Make sure the item is sent back to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
  3. A clear receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
  4. You may be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the need for the return was due to our mistake.
  5. The item should be in a condition that's good as new for resale, which means it must be unused, in the state you received it, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  6. Ensure all original packaging, cables, manuals, accessories, and any other items included with the product are returned. If anything is missing, we won't be able to offer a refund or exchange. It's important to check that all items are present at the time of purchase to prevent any issues.
  7. The item must not have been on sale or discounted in any manner.
  8. We hold the discretion to decide whether a refund, exchange, or credit note is appropriate for "change of mind" returns.
  9. Please note that gift cards and downloadable products are not eligible for return.

Returns Procedure - Change of Mind or Order placed incorrectly

To start the returns process or refund please contact store directly at 0483232904 or send an email to decorenstore@gmail.com with the following details

  1. Order or Receipt Number
  2. Description of the issue

We will revert within 24 hours upon verifying the Order number and from there the following will be initiated from our side

  1. We will request to send the products that are matching with the Change of Mind or Order placed incorrect policy as mentioned above
  2. The item has to be shipped at your own cost
  3. Once the item is received we will inspect it and upon approval for a refund by the inspection team it will be refunded to the original method of payment which will take approximately up to 7 business days

Policy - Faulty or Damaged Products

Every product we sell goes through a careful inspection as we prepare your order. However, sometimes, despite our best efforts, items can get damaged during delivery. Don't worry, though! If something isn't quite right, we offer refunds or replacements under these conditions:

  1. Please let us know about the damaged or faulty product within 14 days of your purchase.
  2. For an item to be considered damaged, it must not show signs of use.
  3. Hold onto the faulty item and its original shipping carton until we give you further instructions. We'll need a photo or video of both the item and the packaging for insurance reasons to verify the issue. If the evidence provided isn't clear enough, we may ask for more details. Please don't dispose of anything until we've had a chance to review your claim; if items are discarded before our decision, we may have to deny your claim.
  4. We cannot offer a refund or replacement for products that have been misused, mishandled, or incorrectly installed/serviced. It's crucial that you follow all guidelines and warnings provided by us or the manufacturer.
  5. Compensation for a faulty item will be in the form of a replacement or refund of the item once we have received it back.
  6. We hold the right to inspect and test the product to confirm if it's faulty or damaged according to our standards. The determination of the item's condition is at our discretion.
  7. The process to replace a product begins once we agree to replace your faulty item, and standard shipping times will apply. If there's a delay due to sourcing the product, we'll inform you of the expected wait.
  8. When returning defective goods, please ensure they are properly packaged and include all original components, such as packaging, cables, manuals, accessories, and anything else that came with the item. If we find that any required items are missing, we may have to deny your return claim.

We will revert within 24 hours upon verifying the Order number and from there the following will be initiated from our side.If our inspection team confirms the damage or fault with your product, we'll get in touch to see if you'd prefer a refund or a replacement.

  1. Should you opt for a refund, we'll process it back to your original payment method, which typically takes up to 7 business days.
  2. If you choose a replacement and we have it available, we'll send it out within 1 business day or as soon as it's back in stock.

Regardless of whether you choose a refund or replacement, we'll need the damaged item sent back to us. To make things easy, we'll send you a pre-paid Australia Post return label via email. Just print it out, attach it to your package with the damaged items inside, and drop it off at any Australia Post Box or Post Office.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund hasn't appeared yet, here's what to do next:

  1. Take another look at your bank account, just to be sure.
  2. Get in touch with the provider of your original payment method. Refunds can sometimes take a bit of time to show up.

Shipping for Returns

If you need to send back a product, please email us and we shall share the address that it needs to ship to.

Remember, the shipping costs for returning items are on you, except in cases of faulty or damaged products that meet our return criteria in such case we will provide a pre-paid Australia post return label. Just a heads up, shipping costs aren't refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The journey time for your exchanged product can vary, depending on where you're located.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
