• These tassels come in pre-cut folded state as shown in the photo. Each pre-cut folded colored paper contains 5 sets of tassels sheets. Using the provided pre-cut sheets, you can make your tassels by folding the sheets and tying them as shown in the instruction sheet. They are very easy and fun to make. Follow the steps shown in the instruction sheet (will be included in the package) to make the tassels. A photo of the instruction sheet can also be found in this listing.
